OVERVIEW
Located just 15 kilometers outside Marrakech, Peacock Pavilions offers a unique alternative to the traditional riad. Set within an 8.5-acre private estate and surrounded by an ancient olive grove, the property enjoys sweeping views of the Atlas Mountains while remaining within easy reach of the city.
Hand-built and distinctly artisanal, Peacock Pavilions is composed of three distinctive pavilions and two luxury bungalows: the Main Pavilion, Atlas Pavilion, Medina Pavilion, Dawn Rising, and Dusk Falling, complemented by expansive outdoor spaces designed for gathering, dining, relaxing, and taking in the landscape.
Deliberately intimate, Peacock Pavilions sleeps 12–16 guests, double occupancy, across two guest pavilions and two unique bungalows. Each room is individually designed, filled with art, textiles, and thoughtful details that give it a character entirely its own.
With accommodations spread throughout the olive grove, guests have space to retreat while remaining connected to the shared experience.
MAIN PAVILION
Surrounded by a grove of rose bushes, the Main Pavilion is the heart of Peacock Pavilions and home to many of the property’s shared spaces.
A grand reception salon sits beneath a domed ceiling, with comfortable seating and a fireplace creating a warm and welcoming gathering place. Nearby, a small library of design and travel books is available for guests to browse and borrow throughout their stay.
The Main Pavilion is also home to The Souk, Maryam’s carefully curated collection of chic treasures, available for guests to discover and purchase.
A glass-enclosed terrace hosts breakfast each morning overlooking the pool. Climate-controlled for year-round comfort, it offers a beautiful setting to begin the day.
Just steps away is the office of our retreat coordinators, who are available from breakfast through dinner to assist with anything you may need throughout your stay.
ATLAS PAVILION
Draped in bougainvillea and located just across from the pool, the Atlas Pavilion sits within easy reach of the Main Pavilion. This 1,300-square-foot private house is decorated in a glamorous tribal-chic style.
Inside, a spacious salon features a dramatic pyramid-shaped dome, catwalk, living area, and dining space for six. A shared minibar is stocked for guests to enjoy throughout their stay.
Outside, the pavilion offers two private rooftop terraces, each with a pergola, table, and seating. In the backyard,

MEDINA PAVILION
With its own rose garden, the Medina Pavilion is a private 2,400 square foot house, decorated in modern global style.
Three ensuite bedrooms (option of king or twin beds), equipped with air conditioning/heating.
Grand salon with a domed roof, fireplace, and ample stylish seating.
Fully equipped kitchen stocked with wine, beer, soft drinks, and snacks.
Tribal-chic indoor dining room with seating for 6.
Outdoor bougainvillea-covered dining terrace with seating for 6.
1000+ square foot rooftop terrace with tables and seating (by request).
DAWN & DUSK BUNGALOWS
Tucked behind gorgeous olive trees, the Dawn & Dusk Bungalows offer a private retreat surrounded by art and thoughtful design. Each bungalow features custom calligraphy and a collection of layered art pieces, creating a warm, eclectic atmosphere.
Each bungalow includes one bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, with the option of king or twin beds, as well as air conditioning and heating. Guests also have access to a private lounging area for relaxing in comfort and privacy.
THE FACILITIES
Peacock Pavilions was designed with both wellbeing and a sense of play in mind. In addition to our dedicated retreat spaces, the property features a swimming pool, outdoor gym, outdoor cinema, secret lavender garden, freshwater pond, walking path and painted dining tent, with gardens and gathering spaces woven throughout the olive grove
Our dedicated activity spaces are designed to move easily between movement, meditation, workshops, and creative practices, giving retreat leaders the flexibility to make each experience their own.
YOGA SHALA
Our spacious, open-air Yoga Shala is surrounded by the olive grove and its own private zen garden. Tables and chairs are available for setup for other activities.
Fully equipped with yoga mats, straps, bolsters, knee pads, blankets, and a Bluetooth speaker, it is ready for everything from morning flows to sound baths. Tables and chairs can also be arranged, allowing the Shala to transform into a comfortable space for workshops, talks, and other group activities.
MEDITATION STUDIO
The Meditation Studio offers a quiet, intimate setting for smaller sessions and restorative practices. The space is equipped with sound bowls, a Bluetooth speaker, air conditioning, and a variety of cushions for sitting or lying down.
OUTDOOR CINEMA
The outdoor cinema offers a memorable setting for movie nights under the stars, complete with comfortable seating and a large projection screen. It is a lovely option for relaxed group evenings, with popcorn, drinks, or dinner available to complete the experience. Please note that the outdoor cinema is weather-dependent.
SECRET GARDEN
The Secret Garden offers a peaceful outdoor setting surrounded by lavender, wildflowers, and the natural landscape of the property. The space is well suited for outdoor practices, meditation, cocktail hours, and small gatherings, with yoga mats available and the option to add rugs and poufs for a more relaxed setup.
POOL
The pool offers a relaxed outdoor setting for downtime between activities, afternoon lounging, or simply cooling off during warmer days. Surrounded by gardens, it is a natural gathering place for guests throughout their stay. Please note that the pool is not heated.
GARDENS
The gardens and grounds offer plenty of space to wander, gather, or simply enjoy a quiet moment between activities. Set within an olive grove and filled with lush gardens, hidden corners, and resident animals, the property also features a walking track around the perimeter for guests looking to stretch their legs or enjoy a leisurely walk.
OUTDOOR GYM
The outdoor gym offers everything guests need to keep moving during their stay. Equipment includes a treadmill, stationary bike, rowing machine, weights, and TRX straps, all set in a covered open-air space overlooking the gardens.
