Placing a Hold

Dates more than 18 months in advance may be placed on hold without a deposit. Please inquire using the form below.

Dates placed on hold will remain publicly available. If another party expresses interest in your dates, we will contact you and provide a 72-hour priority window to secure them with a deposit. If we do not receive the deposit within 72 hours, the dates will be released.

Depending on seasonal demand, a deposit will be required 12 to 17 months before your booking to secure the dates.

This option is ideal for retreat leaders who need additional time to build interest in their retreat before committing, as well as established leaders who wish to reserve dates several years in advance.

A $1,750 USD deposit is required to fully secure your dates. This is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable and non-transferable to other dates

A 6-Night Minimum is required for all retreat groups during high-season months (January - May and September - November). We may be able to accommodate shorter retreats during select dates; please inquire directly.

Most availability is listed in 6 to 7-night ranges.

For non-specific ranges, such as “Entire Month,” you may select your preferred dates within that timeframe. We recommend starting and ending your stay on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.

Depending on the retreat calendar, we may ask you to adjust your dates to allow for a full week between group stays.
