PLEASE NOTE:

• 6-Night Minimum: Required for retreats, though we do offer greater flexibility for shorter retreats during select discounted dates.

• Date Ranges: Most availability is listed within 6–7 night ranges. If a specific range is not shown (“All of December”, for example), you may select your preferred dates within that timeframe, ideally starting and ending on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.

• Unlisted Dates: Dates not shown are unavailable.

• Discounts: The listed discount is for Accommodation pricing only. These discounts are typically due to seasonal shifts or last-minute cancellations.

HOLD POLICY:

• Placing a Hold (18+ Months Out): Open dates more than 18 months away may be placed on hold without a deposit; however, the dates are not secured and will remain publicly listed as “ON HOLD”. Depending on seasonal demand, we will require a deposit within 12-17 months before the booking.

• Deposit Priority: A $1,750 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required to fully secure dates. If another interested party is ready to place a deposit on held dates, the current holder will be given 72 hours to submit their deposit before the dates are released.
